• Submit watchlist URLs or content that you do not have the right to share, or that infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's data, accounts, or tenant.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or attempt to bypass any security or rate-limiting controls.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications, or to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or business, including sellers or brokers contacted through information surfaced by the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure, except through any API or integration we explicitly provide.
• Use the Service to list, advertise, or promote a business for sale — numanknows is a buyer-focused tool and is not a seller marketplace.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Listing source compliance

numanknows aims to source listing data only through licensed feeds, partner APIs, permitted crawling, or user-submitted watchlist URLs, consistent with each source's terms of service. If you believe content displayed in the Service was obtained or is being used in a way that violates a source's terms, please contact us so we can investigate.

AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to analyze listings and generate scoring, summaries, and suggestions. You may not use these outputs in a way that misrepresents them as verified facts, professional advice, or guaranteed outcomes.

Reporting violations

If you become aware of a violation of this policy, please report it to abuse@numanknows.com.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account found to be in violation, in addition to any other remedies available to us under our Terms of Service.
