Deal pipeline
A pipeline built for buying a company, not selling software
Six stages that match how an acquisition actually moves, from first interest to close. Every deal page holds its documents, notes, analysis and checklist in one place, and the lender package exports it as a single PDF when it’s time to apply.
By the numbers
- stages, from Interested to Closed
- 6stages, from Interested to Closed
- views: list and kanban board
- 2views: list and kanban board

- 1PDF lender package per deal
What you get
Stages that mean something
Interested, Contacted, Evaluating CIM, Under DD, Closed, and Rejected. Each stage brings its own guidance and suggested next steps, so you always know what the deal needs now.
Everything on one deal page
Documents with an in-app viewer for PDFs and images, notes with @mentions, activity history, underwriting, comps, a deal memo, a risk register, LOI readiness, and the diligence checklist.
Built for teams
Assign deals to a teammate, mention people in notes, and give each person the role they need, from owner to read-only viewer. The pipeline stays private to your organization.
A lender package in one export
Bundle the deal memo, your buyer profile, the SBA 7(a) financing math and the documents you choose into one PDF for a lender.
How it works
- 1
Move a listing into the pipeline
From your inbox or straight from the catalog. The deal page starts filled in with what numan already knows.
- 2
Work the deal stage by stage
Upload documents, log notes, and follow the checklist as the deal moves from first call to diligence.
- 3
Close, or pass cleanly
Closed deals can move into portfolio mode. Rejected deals prompt you to delete their documents permanently.
What it doesn’t do
Straight answers, so nothing here surprises you after you sign up.
- Stages are fixed. You can’t add custom stages.
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint files download rather than preview in the browser.
- Your data exports as JSON from Settings. There’s no CSV or spreadsheet export of the pipeline.
