Extension, MCP and API
Bring listings in from anywhere, and work from the tools you use
Capture a listing from any broker page with the Chrome extension, ask about your deals from Claude or ChatGPT over MCP, or build on the REST API. All three are included on every plan, not held back for an enterprise tier.

What you get
A Chrome extension for any listing page
It reads the listing you’re looking at, pulls out the facts with AI, and lets you review them before they go to your inbox. On desktop it can also send files from Drive, Dropbox, ShareFile, webmail or broker portals straight to a deal.
Minimal permissions
The extension reads only the tab you’re on, when you ask it to. It never gets access to every site, and you sign in with OAuth.
Your pipeline inside Claude and ChatGPT
The hosted MCP server signs in with OAuth, so there’s no key to copy. Search listings, pull comps, update the pipeline, chat about a deal, run the SBA calculator, work the checklist, and draft outreach letters that are saved for you and never sent.
A REST API with an OpenAPI spec
Listings, pipeline, watchlist, search profiles and the deal calculator, with read or write keys you can set to expire. Owners and admins get an audit log of API activity.
How it works
- 1
Install the extension
Add it from the Chrome Web Store and sign in.
- 2
Connect your assistant
Add the numanknows MCP server to Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, VS Code or Cursor, following the setup on the developers page.
- 3
Or create an API key
Create a key in Settings and call the API at 60 requests a minute and 1,000 an hour, with rate-limit headers on every response.
What it doesn’t do
Straight answers, so nothing here surprises you after you sign up.
- The extension is for Chrome. Firefox, Edge and Safari versions aren’t available yet.
- The MCP server is hosted. There’s no local install package yet.
- API and MCP calls that use AI, like research, outreach drafts and deal chat, draw on your AI credits like they do in the app.
