What you get
A buy box that means something
Target and excluded sectors, geographies, minimum SDE, maximum price, multiple and down payment, plus free-text interests the filters can’t capture. Save several named searches when you’re running more than one thesis.
Filters that match how buyers think
Filter the catalog by keyword, location, metro area, sector, fit tier, SDE range and maximum multiple, or flip one toggle to show only what matches your buyer profile. Listings that go under contract, sell or are withdrawn are badged, not silently dropped.
AI fit scoring with its reasons attached
Each listing gets a tier, a 0–100 score and a short explanation. Eleven factors, from price and cash flow to your skills, goals and constraints, are each rated match, partial or mismatch, with citations tagged as fact, assumption, risk, or a question for the broker.
Off-market deals belong here too

What it doesn’t do
Straight answers, so nothing here surprises you after you sign up.
- Listings come from broker websites and the deals you add yourself. Some large marketplaces aren’t in the catalog because their terms don’t permit it.
- Alerts are daily, or instant for top matches. There are no weekly digests, SMS or Slack alerts.
- URL import works on most listing pages, but not every site can be fetched.
