How scoring works

Each deal is scored out of 100: your pursue-or-pass call (30), your offer range (20), the top risks you spot (20), the questions you’d ask the broker (15), and your DSCR estimate (15).

The numbers in each reveal come from the same math the app runs on real listings: the buy-signal scorecard, the financing scenario builder, the valuation range and the sensitivity analysis. What you practice here is what you’ll see on your own deals.
