Finding deals

Saved searches, daily matching, and alerts

Run several buying theses side by side, have numan check new listings against them every day, and get an email when something fits.

Saved searches

Saved searches let you keep more than one set of criteria, for example “TX MSP focus” alongside a broader search. Each has its own minimum SDE, maximum price and down payment, maximum multiple, geographies, and sectors to target or exclude. The search created from your buyer profile is called “Primary search”, and the first one in the list is your default.

When you have more than one, Search and the Inbox show a picker so you can choose which one listings are graded against.

Daily matching

Turn on Daily matching in Settings. Once a day, numan checks new catalog listings against your default saved search and adds strong matches to your inbox with a “Daily match” badge.

  • It uses AI to evaluate listings, so it spends credits. It skips the day if your workspace has no credit left.
  • It only looks at the shared catalog, not other buyers’ private listings.
  • Each run checks a limited batch of new listings. Anything left over is picked up on the next run.

Match alerts

On Alerts, choose Daily digest for one email a day listing new matches, or Instant — top matches only for an email only when a listing is a Strong fit. Alerts report what daily matching found, so daily matching has to be on for alerts to have anything to send.

Every alert email has an unsubscribe link. If your email bounces or is marked as spam, we stop sending and show a warning on the Alerts page. Fix the address, then switch alerts off and back on.
